**Industrial Control Panel Wireman / Technician**
*1st shift

In this role, youll take pride in building, wiring, and testing high-quality control panels that power a variety of industrial applications. **What Youll Do:**

* Read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings
* Assemble and wire control panels with precision and attention to detail
* Install components such as relays, switches, and circuit breakers
* Test completed panels to ensure quality and functionality
* Work closely with engineers and fellow technicians to solve problems and improve processes
* Keep clear, accurate documentation of your work

**What You Bring:**

* Experience with control panel assembly, wiring, or related electrical work (preferred, but well train the right person!)
* Solid understanding of electrical wiring principles and safe practices
* Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and basic fabrication
* Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
* Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
* A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to doing the job right

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in electrical or mechanical assembly preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
