Job Title: RN Dialysis Profession: RN Dialysis Specialty: RN Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating shifts Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: RN License Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: On-call required Description: Responsible for providing hemodialysis treatments to a variety of patients including pediatric and adult populations. Treatments can occur within the dialysis unit or at the patient's bedside. This position works closely with dialysis technicians to ensure safe and efficient dialysis care. Provides age-specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process. Assists patients in attaining, maintaining, regaining, and sustaining optimal health status. Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship-based nursing care. Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that contribute to safe practice and positive outcomes. Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
