Restaurant General Manager - Fast-Casual

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all culinary activities, ensuring high standards of food quality and preparation.
Manage and resolve guest services issues promptly and effectively.
Train and manage both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) personnel.
Develop and adjust staff schedules to align with restaurant sales and operational needs.
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
Demonstrated strong leadership and team-building skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
