Description JOB TYPE-FULL-TIME Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner will provide patient care under the direct supervision of a physician, including assessing and diagnosing patients in the hospital. The position is based at Methodist University Hospital. Candidate must have strong communication skills to coordinate stroke care with Attendings, Fellows, Residents, and multidisciplinary providers throughout the patient journey. A qualified candidate will be able to effectively build and maintain patient relationships while staying within the required scope of practice and elevate to physicians as necessary.
