Your New Role:

Position: Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent

Schedule:

Average of 40 hours per week

Shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a, or 7a-7a

No call requirements

Experience:

Must be a Neonatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

New grads will be considered

Patient Population:

Pediatric patients

At least 10 patients per day during the day shifts

Higher patient volume expected during night shifts when working solo with a fellow

Compensation starts at $95K DOE

Year-end bonus based on the success of the year (eligibility starts if employed by 7/1)

Relocation allowance: $10K with a two-year commitment, recoverable and taxed

Tuition assistance: Up to $25K with $350/month in paycheck until max is reached or debt is paid off

In this Role:

As a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NNP) at our facility in Shelby County, TN, you will perform medical examinations and evaluations, diagnose and treat neonatal patients, and provide follow-up care. You will be involved in health education and work in close collaboration with other healthcare providers. Your shifts will include both day and night hours, with higher patient volume during solo night shifts alongside a fellow. You will document patient information in the Cerner EMR system and contribute to the overall excellence of neonatal care.
