We are seeking a licensed MD Supervising Physician / Medical Director for a general practice setting in Los Angeles. The physician will provide clinical oversight, review patient charts, supervise clinical staff, and ensure patient care is delivered in accordance with applicable medical standards, policies, and California regulations.

This role is ideal for a physician who is comfortable providing oversight in a collaborative clinical environment where nurses and clinical staff perform routine patient care duties under appropriate supervision.

Responsibilities:
Review and sign off on patient charts and clinical documentation.

Provide medical oversight for general practice services.

Supervise nurses and clinical staff in accordance with scope-of-practice requirements.

Ensure documentation, treatment plans, and patient care meet clinical and regulatory standards.

Be available during scheduled hours for consultation, chart review, and clinical guidance.

Support compliance with office policies, medical protocols, and California healthcare requirements.

Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted California MD license.

Experience in general practice, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or similar clinical setting preferred.

Prior experience as a supervising physician or medical director preferred.

Strong understanding of California scope-of-practice and supervision requirements.

Ability to review charts accurately and provide timely sign-off.
