Design Engaging Language Experiences: Develop or implement a backward-planned curriculum to ensure students progress in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Foster Real-World Fluency: Create classroom activities that simulate real-world language use, encouraging students to speak and think in the target language. Empower Through Culture: Deliver culturally responsive and sustaining instruction that connects students to the richness of language and culture. Promote Active Participation: Use diverse teaching strategies to engage all learners, creating an environment where every student builds confidence in their language abilities. Ensure Academic Excellence: Use data-driven approaches to monitor student progress, refine teaching strategies, and ensure growth in language proficiency.
