Base pay range $50.00/hr - $58.00/hr Job Title: Strategic Planner 4 Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid) Job Responsibilities: Conduct research and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and special projects. Lead research projects on market trends, consumer profiles, and competitive intelligence. Coordinate strategic business planning processes and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Offer project management support to cross-functional teams for strategic growth projects. Develop and execute strategic plans, serving as a thought partner to senior leaders. Create integrated growth plans and assess their impact, supporting communication strategies. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in corporate strategy or management consulting. 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or investment banking. Strong background in apparel/footwear, retail, or consumer-facing industries. Proven ability to lead complex strategic projects and analyze business issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Keynote. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
