NDDC Assortment Planner, NAWHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou’ll be part of Nike Direct’s Assortment Planning team, partnering closely with Merchandising, Planning, Marketplace, Finance, and Business Unit teams to align consumer demand with profitable growth. Strong communication skills and a consumer-first mindset are essential, as this role regularly engages with partners across multiple levels of the organization to support key planning and pricing decisions.2-3 years of professional experience in retail planning, merchandising, inventory management, forecasting, or related disciplinesBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and trainingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, forecasting, and analytical modelingExperience presenting data-driven recommendations to business partners and leadership audiences preferredExperience working in a retail, consumer products, or marketplace environment strongly preferredWHAT YOU’LL WORK ONYou will help shape the financial and inventory strategy that powers Nike Direct’s product assortment across North America.
