Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates for open positions. Perform routine tasks including compensation, attendance recordkeeping, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, review policies and practices to stay compliant. Qualifications People-oriented and results driven.
