Groundskeeper / Property Cleaner Opportunities Available!

Looking for steady daytime work and weekly pay? BGSF is hiring an Apartment Groundskeeper/Property Cleaner in Missoula. No apartment experience is required. If you have experience in cleaning, landscaping, janitorial work, construction cleanup, warehouses, or general labor, we’d love to speak with you. Earn $20 per hour while gaining experience with a leading property management company.

Do you take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and looking great? Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active throughout the day? If so, we want to meet you!

No experience? No problem! We’re looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining clean and attractive community grounds

• Picking up trash and debris throughout the property

• Assisting with pressure washing, painting, and curb appeal projects

• Cleaning breezeways, stairwells, hallways, and common areas

• Helping move appliances, furniture, and supplies as needed

• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and exterior fixtures

• Delivering notices or correspondence to residents

• Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with additional projects

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Dependable transportation

✔ Strong work ethic and reliability

✔ Ability to lift 40-50 lbs

✔ Team player with a positive attitude

✔ Willingness to jump in and help where needed

✔ Customer service mindset and professionalism
