This will enhance both your technical and business capabilities.We are looking for someone who will join our team to• execute external legal fees management operations – especially those related to the audit of the invoices, control of the overall processing and resolution of escalations; • maintain proactive and efficient collaboration with outside counsels to ensure optimal processing of fees in strict alignment with our billing guidelines; • collaborate closely with our Outside Counsel Management (OCM) team located in Weehawken and other internal legal teams by providing process and technical guidance across our invoice management procedures and related tools; • provide functional support to business units on invoice management processes and tools, working in close coordination with the Digital Legal Solutions team; • prepare high quality written communications for global distribution within Group Legal, particularly on invoice management updates and best practices; • facilitate effective communication between Group Legal functions and other organizational stakeholders on matters related to invoice processing and management.Your teamYou will join the Invoice Management Legal Operations team within Group Legal COO. Our team ensures that Outside Counsel invoices are accurately processed and paid using Group Legal systems and tools.In this role, you will work closely with internal lawyers, providing both process and technical guidance across our billing procedures and the platforms used within Group Legal. As part of the team, you will also have the opportunity to drive meaningful process improvements through innovative solutions—strengthening your technical expertise and business skills while contributing to the evolution of our global invoicing operations.Your expertise• ideally 8+ years of professional experience• ideally 4+ years of experience in legal fee invoice audit and invoice management processes• strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to handle difficult conversations with outside counsel• excellent data and documentation analysis skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt in a changing environment• highly organized, with strong prioritization capabilities• proactive team player and a motivated self‑starter• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
