Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a contract position supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational environment near Silver Creek, NY. From July 6th through August 14th, you will be a valued member of an onsite team, collaborating to enhance students’ communication skills across a diverse range of needs. This role totals 27.5 hours per week, running Monday through Friday from 8:15am-2:15pm, providing consistency and structure throughout your summer.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current CCC-SLP credential and New York State Speech-Language Pathologist education certification required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Competence in addressing a variety of disabilities within an elementary school setting
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and delivering evidence-based interventions
• Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams and communicating with families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct, small group, and consultative therapy services onsite
• Monitor progress, maintain detailed documentation, and update student files in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to maximize student growth
