About the Role
Our client, a leading Fortune 100 retailer with a highly recognized portfolio of consumer brands, is seeking a Project Manager - Brand Workflow Execution to support marketing and brand operations initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized project management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys coordinating complex workflows across multiple teams and stakeholders.
As a key contributor, you will partner with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives. You will play an essential role in maintaining project visibility, tracking progress, facilitating communication, and driving execution across interconnected brand workstreams.
This is an individual contributor contract opportunity with no direct people management responsibilities. Job Description
The Project Manager will provide operational and workflow management support across multiple brand and marketing initiatives. Working closely with program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and daily execution activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and task trackers.
• Coordinate day-to-day project execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, deadlines, risks, and action items to ensure successful delivery.
• Document meeting outcomes, key decisions, open questions, and next steps.
• Prepare status updates and project reporting materials for program stakeholders.
• Proactively identify timeline concerns, workflow bottlenecks, missing inputs, and project risks.
• Support integrated planning efforts by maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, technology, operations, product, and external partner teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Help establish consistent project coordination practices and workflow visibility across participating brands.
• Ensure stakeholders have the information, materials, and resources needed to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, production, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success coordinating multiple projects, brands, workstreams, or stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, task trackers, action logs, and status reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience coordinating meetings, stakeholder reviews, workshops, and project touchpoints.
• Ability to document decisions, manage action items, track dependencies, and follow up on commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to identify risks, timeline concerns, workflow obstacles, and resource gaps.
• Experience using project and workflow management tools such as:
  • Workfront
  • Smartsheet
  • Jira
  • Asana
  • Airtable
  • Similar project management platforms

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing, branding, creative production, content development, or integrated marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content creation, creative automation processes, or emerging marketing technologies.
• Experience working across multiple brands, business units, or enterprise-level programs.
• Knowledge of creative review, approval, content publishing, and asset delivery processes.
• Experience preparing executive presentations, playbooks, workflow documentation, or project reporting materials.
• Background supporting process improvements, pilot programs, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within large, matrixed organizations.
• Understanding of change management, training coordination, or adoption support activities.
• Familiarity with Workfront or other enterprise workflow management platforms.
