Managing a dedicated customer account list, the full-time Inside Sales Account Manager will drive sales opportunities, provide customer support, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage a dedicated customer account list and provide direct support for an internal Account Executive Utilize insights from RADAR to support sales operations and decision-making while exploring new opportunities through account management and lead generation Engage in IT Sales Training forums and partner with various Red River teams to enhance sales execution and customer growth Required qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in the IT industry Entry and advanced level certifications in OEM training programs Experience in a professional environment Strong phone communication skills with an emphasis on active listening Ability to work effectively with limited or no supervision
