Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house staff in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
- Open availability including weekends is required.
Schedule
Full-time schedule with open availability, including weekends.
