What You’ll Actually Do Expert Recruitment: Proactively recruit new experts for our global network while thoroughly vetting our comprehensive internal database to identify the best candidates for specific project needs. Expert Vetting & Research: Leverage your understanding of client strategies across various industry sectors to identify, vet, qualify, and present the most qualified experts for specific projects, applying critical research techniques. Client & Expert Communication: Effectively prioritize multiple projects, manage communications with newly recruited experts, and efficiently organize meetings between experts and clients. Compliance Adherence: Master compliance standards across diverse industry sectors and rigorously uphold these standards to ensure the integrity of all client engagements. Project Management: Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously, understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions that drive successful engagements. Negotiation: Build and apply strong negotiation skills to advocate for optimal outcomes in expert engagements. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
