Territory Sales Manager

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Gurugram Location: Gurugram, Haryana Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Home Appliances & Kitchen Appliances industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) , with proven expertise in achieving sales targets, generating revenue, expanding distribution networks, and leading high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Develop and expand General Trade and Modern Trade channels. Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners. Build strong relationships with key accounts and retail chains. Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team. Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration. Execute sales strategies, promotions, and product launches. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Home Appliances or Kitchen Appliances sales. Strong knowledge of General Trade and Modern Trade operations. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and revenue targets. Experience in distributor management, team handling, and business development. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
