Our team takes pride in doing things the right way, keeping job sites professional, and treating both customers and employees with respect.If you have strong installation experience and want a stable opportunity with a company that invests in its people, this is a chance to put your skills to work and build a long-term career.What You'll Be Responsible ForInstall residential HVAC equipment, including air handlers, condensers, furnaces, heat pumps, and controlsInstall and modify ductwork and sheet metal as required for each projectComplete copper line set connections, brazing, soldering, and related HVAC workFollow manufacturer specifications and applicable building and mechanical codesVerify installations are completed properly and systems are ready for startup and commissioningMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesProtect customers' homes while working in attics, crawlspaces, garages, and other work areasCommunicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation processComplete installation paperwork, checklists, and required documentationMaintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, and materialsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of residential HVAC installation experienceEPA Certification requiredHands-on experience installing residential heating and cooling systemsExperience with ductwork and sheet metal fabricationComfortable with brazing, soldering, and copper line set installationValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAble to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipDependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a teamCustomer-service mindset and professional communication skillsCertifications Are a PlusNATE certification, OSHA training, or other relevant HVAC and safety certifications are preferred but not required.What Comfortable Climate Offers$30–$40/hour + commission opportunitiesMonday –Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMCompany vehicle and gas cardMedical, dental, and vision insurance with 50% employer contributionPaid holidays and PTOOngoing training and certification supportAssistance with licensing and professional developmentStable work with a locally owned companySupportive team environment where skilled tradespeople are valuedOpportunity to grow with an established and expanding companyReady for Your Next Installation Opportunity?If you're an experienced HVAC Installer who takes ownership of your work and expects quality from yourself and your team, we'd like to meet you.Bring your installation experience to a company that values skilled tradespeople and wants to keep good people long term.
