We're continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can independently diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, and take care of customers from start to finish.If you're confident in the field, take pride in doing the job right, and want to work for a company where experienced technicians are given the support and resources to succeed, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll HandleDiagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and controlsTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issuesPerform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and performance evaluationsIdentify repair needs and clearly explain options and recommendations to homeownersComplete service calls efficiently while maintaining high standards for workmanshipPerform repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and applicable codesDocument completed work, recommendations, and system information accuratelyMaintain assigned vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventoryDeliver a professional, respectful customer experience on every callWork safely and effectively in attics, crawlspaces, mechanical spaces, and outdoor conditionsWhat You Bring3+ years of residential HVAC service experienceStrong ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systemsSolid electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsEPA Universal Certification requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to work comfortably in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environmentsDependable work habits and strong attention to detailProfessional communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetPride in your workmanship and ability to take ownership of your callsAdditional certifications such as NATE, OSHA trainings, or other industry certifications are a plus, but not requiredWhy Technicians Work Here:$29–$40/hour + commission opportunitiesMonday –Friday schedule with occasional overtimeCompany vehicle and gas cardMedical, dental, and vision insurance with 50% employer contributionPaid holidays and PTOOngoing technical training and support for certificationsLocal leadership and a team-oriented work environmentOpportunities to continue developing your skills and advance with a growing companyA company that values experienced technicians and gives them the tools to do quality workReady to Make Your Next Move?You already know the trade.
