Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Email & App Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across TP-Link's US market. This role will be responsible for planning and executing email marketing campaigns, managing CRM initiatives, and developing targeted in-app marketing experiences within the Tether and Deco app ecosystems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing, email automation, audience segmentation, and mobile app engagement strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, they will create compelling customer journeys, optimize campaign performance through data analysis, and drive adoption of new products, Wi-Fi upgrades, firmware updates, and subscription services. Success in this role requires strong CRM platform expertise, excellent copywriting skills, and a passion for leveraging customer insights to improve engagement, increase customer lifetime value, and reduce churn.

Responsibilities

1. US Email Marketing & CRM Calendar

Calendar Execution: Plan, schedule, and send promotional and lifecycle email campaigns tailored to the US market, key shopping events (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Back-to-School, Prime Day), and product launch timelines.

Copywriting & Messaging: Craft high-converting email subject lines, preview text, body copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs) optimized for US consumer preferences.

Audience Segmentation: Segment US subscribers based on hardware purchase history (Deco, Arche) , active app usage, customer lifecycle stage, and behavioral engagement.

Technical Setup & QA: Configure campaigns, build dynamic product blocks, test links/landing pages, and deploy error-free broadcasts using CRM platforms

2. App Marketing Ownership (Tether & Deco Apps - US Market)

In-App Campaigns: Design and deploy targeted in-app messages, push notifications, and banner promotions within TP-Link’s mobile app ecosystems (Tether & Deco) specifically for US users.

Upselling & Feature Adoption: Drive awareness of app-exclusive features, highlight firmware updates, and run targeted campaigns to cross-sell Wi-Fi 7 upgrades and paid subscription services (e.g., HomeShield)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM management within the US market (consumer electronics or DTC e-commerce preferred).
• App Marketing & Push Experience: Hands-on experience creating in-app messages, push notifications, and lifecycle triggers within native iOS/Android apps.
• Hands-on CRM Mastery: Proficiency with modern email/CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or equivalent) and advanced segmentation logic.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data to refine segmentation, increase customer lifetime value (LTV), and lower churn

Salary range: $73,500 - $100,00 annually
