3rd Shift Guard/ Warehouse Clerk Louisville, KY, USA • Operations • Full Time • $20.00 P/H • Entry Level • Published On 21/3/2026 Job Description A vault/warehouse clerk at Malca-Amit is required to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and to ensure the protection of personnel and shipments for which the company is responsible. This position requires strict adherence to policies and procedures to protect and safeguard the transport and property of Malca‑Amit and its customers, as well as the safety of people on Malca‑Amit premises. The role involves receiving, sorting and dispatching parcels to the proper outbound destinations. Malca‑Amit USA, LLC, a division of The Malca‑Amit Group of Companies, consists of an international team of experts in logistics, security, customs, and special operations, who provide professional service tailored to the global luxury goods industry and international banks. We are looking for a 3rd shift warehouse clerk to join our Louisville, KY operations. Responsibilities Always ensure the safety of personnel and protection of assets Maintain a safe environment for colleagues and customers Respect and follow the company's guidelines and procedures Receive packages, verify their integrity, routing, and transport them back to the hub Deliver packages, verify their integrity, verify consignees, and deliver to clients Load and unload armored vehicles Complete daily reports Drive an armored vehicle, perform pre‑trip inspections and respect road safety regulations Cross‑train and perform other duties as assigned Requirements – Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 23 years of age A valid concealed carry permit or the ability to obtain one A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required license Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Must pass a drug screen, polygraph test, and FBI background check Excellent attendance Self‑starter Flexible schedule (start time may need adjustment some days to accommodate workload; normal start time 8 am) Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous experience as an armed guard, military experience, or protective services experience Professional Skills Excellent ethics and integrity High attention to detail Collaborative work style Excellent customer service Ability to work independently Professional, positive demeanor Benefits Accrued Vacation Days Accrued Sick Days Accrued Personal Days Life Insurance Individual Health Insurance After 6 months of employment, Malca‑Amit contributes toward the premiums of Family Health Insurance 401(k) plan Please submit your application together with a full resume, stating your date of availability by clicking "Apply Now".
