WAFCC Membership Engagement, & Communications VISTA

The AmeriCorps VISTA member will strengthen WAFCC's organizational capacity by developing sustainable systems for membership engagement, communications, data management, fundraising support, and statewide clinic network engagement. The VISTA will enhance outreach efforts, improve data quality and reporting processes, support value-based initiatives, and create resources that expand awareness and engagement among member clinics, volunteers, donors, and community stakeholders. This position will build long-term infrastructure that supports WAFCC's mission to improve access to healthcare through Wisconsin's network of free and charitable clinics. Member Duties The AmeriCorps VISTA member will build the Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics' capacity by developing sustainable systems for membership engagement, communications, data management, fundraising support, and statewide outreach. The member will create and implement communication strategies, manage website and social media content, develop outreach materials and content calendars, support membership recruitment and retention efforts, maintain and improve Salesforce and other data systems, assist with the Valuing Services Initiative, support clinic engagement and partnership development, coordinate resources for educational events and trainings, research funding opportunities, and develop fundraising tools and tracking systems. The member will document processes, create training materials, and establish sustainable resources that strengthen WAFCC's ability to support member clinics and expand access to healthcare across Wisconsin.
