LPN/ Nurse Manager $5K Sign On Bonus $38-$42 7am-7pm (Full-Time)

Wellness Nurse Manager Full‑time. Location: Zionsville, IN. Sign‑on bonus: $5,000. Starting wage: $38.00 per hour. Shift Schedule: Week 1 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 am–7:00 pm. Week 2 – Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 am–7:00 pm. Weekend on‑call: one Saturday or Sunday shift per month. Responsibilities Act as Superior Supervisor: lead the Wellness team and coordinate with other departments to provide quick, reliable, person‑centered care when department heads are absent. Force on the Floor: assist with call lights, support team assistance requests, and prioritize resident needs promptly. Diligent Documenter: complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately, efficiently, and filed correctly. Compassionate Caregiver: embody Arrow’s core values, ensuring every resident interaction is professional, caring, and leaves the resident feeling safe and cared for. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment. Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes. Thorough knowledge of current care standards, regulations, medication regulations, and laws. Knowledge of appropriate care and supervision for residents, including memory‑impaired residents (preferred). Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (preferred). Read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Positive, energetic attitude toward residents. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day; lift or move items up to 50 pounds; assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and falls; perform two‑person transfers.
