Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP licensure
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Ability to independently manage a K-6 caseload
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Comfortable providing both individual and group therapy sessions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-6 students
• Develop and implement IEPs, tracking therapy progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ goals and IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely to ensure holistic student support
• Communicate effectively with school staff and families to foster successful outcomes
