Inventory Control Coordinator Inventory Control Associate is responsible for picking and sorting product specific to customer orders. The role may also be responsible for shipping, receiving, or delivering supplies, materials and equipment. An Inventory Associate must always ensure they are maintaining inventory control and records during all product move processes. What You’ll Do Picking orders from warehouse inventory using item location identifiers Unloading, moving and storing materials. Loading trucks for delivery. Utilizing manual lifts, reach trucks and transfer equipment (requires applicable safety and operational training) Storing and stacking materials according to company standards Identifying and verifying parts Reporting inventory shortages and recommending new orders Removing damaged materials from stock and documenting inventory adjustment accordingly Operating RF scanners and other hand‑held devices Inventory accountability for the entire wire room Other responsibilities may be assigned What You’ll Bring 6 months of related experience working in a warehouse and/or distribution environment preferred Forklift experience preferred Knowledge of branch product lines Knowledge of shipping and receiving practices Knowledge of company policies and procedures Skill in organizing and prioritizing personnel and work activities Knowledge of merchandise handling and production methods Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing Effective communication skills Must be a team player and abide by Codale’s strong core values Location Salt Lake City, UT Why work for Codale Electric Supply?
