As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.Responsibilities:Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourAbout Our AgencyWe help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.Our office is located in Mandeville.Our office is open 9:00-5:00.Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.We currently have 4 team members at our agency.We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program QualifierWe Look Forward To Speaking With You!State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
