About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, organized professional who takes ownership, communicates well, and brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to work each day.
As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll help customers, manage daily service needs, and work with the team to keep things running smoothly.


What You’ll Do
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service needs
  • Manage priorities and follow through on commitments
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Take ownership of issues and work toward solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Handle challenging situations with patience and composure
  • Adapt to changing priorities and know when to ask for help or escalate an issue

Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty and Life/Health/Accident insurance licenses, or the willingness and ability to obtain them
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Good judgment and professionalism when working with customers and coworkers
