FINANCIAL ADVISOR - BILINGUAL ENGLISH/MANDARIN Full-time Finance Position Summary Seeking an experienced Financial Advisor with 2+ to 5 years of relevant experience to provide retirement planning strategies. The role involves assessing clients' financial needs, building relationships, offering ongoing advice, and promoting available products. Collaboration with bank partners and maintaining compliance are essential. Essential Job Functions Develop retirement strategies by analyzing client financial data and recommending suitable investment products. Create comprehensive financial plans for clients. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the bank's products and promote them appropriately. Provide training to branch personnel and promote products collaboratively. Establish relationships with bank branches to generate referrals. Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up. Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies. Collaborate with WMG and BOW partners. Deepen relationships within existing client portfolios. Grow the IAS book of business to meet or exceed targets, developing a portfolio of $0 - $9 million.
