Job Type: Full time

What You'll Tackle

Operate CNC lathes, mills, and grinders; run select manual machines to hit exact tolerances.
Interpret drawings, blueprints, and CAD models for precise part production.
Set up machines, choose tooling/fixtures/materials, and dial in adjustments.
Verify parts with micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment; meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance; escalate mechanical issues promptly.
Collaborate with engineering/production to optimize processes and cut cycle time.
Follow safety protocols; keep the work area clean and organized.
Document production quantities, materials used, and any spec deviations.

What You Bring

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or associate degree preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years as a machinist in manufacturing; CNC programming experience is a plus.
Core Capabilities:
- Hands-on proficiency with CNC and manual machines.
- Strong blueprint and technical drawing literacy.
- Fluency with precision metrology and QC processes.
- Basic G-code/CNC programming familiarity preferred.
- Detail-oriented problem solver; team-first mindset with independent drive.
Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
Nice to Have: Forklift certification or similar credentials.

Where You'll Work

Manufacturing floor with machinery, noise, and metalworking fluids.
Standard shift schedule; overtime or shift work may be required based on demand.
