HIRING WAREHOUSE PACKING LEAD FOR DISTRIBUTION CENTER

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our growing Distribution Center team. The ideal candidate will provide daily leadership to warehouse associates, oversee shipping and receiving operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a safe and productive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Lead and support warehouse associates during daily operations to include labor & staffing needs
✅Lead and support daily packing operations to include labor & staffing needs
✅Ensure all orders are packed accurately and in compliance with customer routing guidelines
✅Review retailer-specific routing requirements (Walmart, TJX, Kohl’s)
✅Oversee proper creation and placement of UCC labels and ensure ASN accuracy
✅Coordinate palletizing by Sales Order (SO) and SKU requirements
✅Cut, count, and verify orders per SO to ensure accuracy and completeness
✅Monitor team productivity and maintain workflow efficiency
✅Train and guide packing staff on procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements

Qualifications Required:
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
At least 2 years of leadership or lead experience in a warehouse environment
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
Strong knowledge of retail compliance standards, including Walmart, TJX, Kohl’s routing guidelines, and RF-Smart/NS system
Experience with UCC labeling, ASN processes, and order verification
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with palletizing and shipment preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
Distribution Center or high-volume fulfillment experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Work in varying warehouse temperatures
Safely operate warehouse equipment
