We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is confident communicating with customers, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.

This is more than an order-entry role. You'll become a trusted resource for your customers, managing accounts, providing solutions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure every order is handled with care and precision.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone and email communication.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests for quotations with pricing and delivery information.
• Process sales orders accurately while reviewing customer specifications and purchase orders.
• Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Partner with purchasing, operations, quality, and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain accurate customer information within CRM and ERP systems.
• Begin by supporting incoming website inquiries before growing into ownership of approximately 30 customer accounts.
• Deliver a customer experience that encourages long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inside sales, customer service, account management, or similar experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as Profit21, SAP, Oracle, or similar is preferred.
• Experience supporting customers within distribution, manufacturing, electronics, industrial, or other technical product environments is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $60,000-$75,000 annually (depending on experience)
