Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for night shifts in an acute care setting. Candidates must possess a strong clinical background and be ready to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize EPIC for electronic health record documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Ensure adherence to established protocols and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required at the time of hire.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification: Required.
• Specialized Skills:
  • Demonstrated competency in Dysrhythmia during orientation for all departments except for Obstetrics and NICU.
  • Completion of a Critical Care Course within one year of hire for critical care units.
  • Demonstrated competency in IV Sedation within six months of hire, as applicable.

Department Specific Requirements

• Emergency Department:
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required at time of hire.
• Labor & Delivery:
  • Neonatal Resuscitation within six months of hire.
  • Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within six months of hire.
  • Advanced Fetal Monitoring within one year of hire.
