Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health. We're building a world where getting support is simple, personal, and built around the person, so care can continue through every job, move, health plan, and life stage. Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. With outcomes independently validated by JAMA Network Open and the Validation Institute, Spring Health reaches more than 170 million people worldwide through leading employers, health plans, and partners. As an AI-native company, we believe technology should expand the reach, quality, and humanity of care. Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, Enablement & Creative Brand Studio, and partnering closely with revenue leadership, the Director, Downstream Product Marketing owns how Spring Health goes to market across new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities. This leader will also build the AI-native production engine that helps the downstream product marketing team create high-quality, on-brand work at scale. This is a full-time, fully remote position with approximately 15% travel for strategic customer forums, sales kickoffs, and team offsites. What you’ll do: Own the go-to-market motion across the full revenue lifecycle, including new business, renewals, and upsell, and represent Product Marketing in revenue leadership discussions and decisions. Partner with revenue leaders to define the stories, proofpoints, and assets that help customer-facing teams win, retain, and grow business. Partner with Enablement to determine what the field needs to know and when, then drive the training and readiness timeline so each motion lands on schedule. Partner with Growth Marketing to set what Spring Health takes to market and why, including campaign themes, priority topics, and the original research agenda. Lead the Product Marketing partnership with Communications and PR for spokesperson-led campaigns, major press moments, and work that improves Spring Health's visibility in AI-powered search and discovery. Refine the downstream team's AI-native production engine, including agents and workflows that turn approved messaging and source content into winning, on-brand assets at scale. Lead, develop, and prioritize the downstream Product Marketing team, creating a clear operating model, high standards, and strong cross-functional accountability. What success looks like: Strong adoption of core go-to-market materials across the revenue organization, contributing to measurable improvement in new-business, renewal, and expansion performance. Reduced time to produce marketing assets through AI-enabled workflows, while maintaining high standards for quality, brand consistency, and factual accuracy. High-quality finalist and executive-level sales materials that strengthen Spring Health’s position in complex enterprise opportunities and contribute to improved win rates. Consistent, on-time delivery of priority go-to-market programs and materials aligned to key revenue milestones. What you’ll bring: 10+ years of experience in product marketing, including significant experience in enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments. 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams. A proven track record of owning go-to-market strategy and execution across new business, renewals, and expansion. Deep experience partnering with sales, customer success, enablement, growth marketing, communications, and creative teams. Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the judgment to simplify complex ideas for executive and customer audiences. Hands-on experience using generative AI and agentic tools to improve marketing workflows, speed, and scale. Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes. A proactive, highly organized approach to leading complex programs with many stakeholders and deadlines. The ability to travel approximately 15% of the year.
