Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with restorative programs, transfers, gait training, and therapeutic modalities preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with documentation software and electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30. Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week. May be required to split time or float to other facility locations as needed.
