Compensation

Base Salary: 80K-95K + 40K Commission

Total Compensation: 120K-135K

Full Benefits, 401K, and car allowance/mileage reimbursement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the dental or medical fields.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand client databases.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in the dental industry.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to persuade and influence others.
• Capability to develop and deliver presentations, leading to closed sales.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office suite and CRM platforms.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Dentistry, or a related field preferred.
