Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to support legal and financial operations. Provide guidance on legal matters to ensure smooth functioning of the Financial team. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with client relationships and transactions. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client‑related activities.
