Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to members and guests. Position Duties: Maintain excellent FB service standards as outlined by BBCC. Perform opening and closing and daily duties as assigned by MLR Supervisor. Greet all members in a welcoming and friendly manner. Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating. Take food and drink orders. Assemble food on trays; procures items from each station as necessary. Maintain proper knowledge of products. Communicate with MLR supervisor of any issues with quality or presentation. Notify Supervisor of Member / Guest issues at the time they occur. Maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress code. Be flexible and Work weekends & Holidays. Report directly to MLR supervisor. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic and friendly personality. Mix and prepare cocktails. Prior club experience preferred. Able to work both weekdays, weekends & Holidays - shifts run from early/late morning to late afternoon/early evening depending on schedule needs. Basic computer skills required. Ability to work independently and with a team. TABC License. Food Handlers certification. Good oral communication skills.
