ObGyn physician job in New York : A New York City-based health services system is seeking a licensed OB/GYN for a great opportunity at one of their outpatient medical practices in Upper Manhattan.About the Opportunity:Shift: Day shiftSchedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard businessSetting: Outpatient clinicResponsibilities:Provide preventive care and routine gynecology services for women.Diagnose and treat common gynecologic conditions.Perform in-office procedures as needed, including colposcopy, IUD placement, LEEP, and hysteroscopy.Review patient histories, conduct physical examinations, and document findings accurately.Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to support quality care.Qualifications:MD or DO degree.Completion of post-graduate medical training in Obstetrics and Gynecology from an accredited program.Current, unrestricted New York State medical license or eligibility for licensure.Active DEA registration or eligibility for registration.Active Medicare and Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll.BLS or ACLS certification required.Strong oral and written communication skills.Comfort with electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office.Desired Skills:Experience in an outpatient gynecology setting.Experience treating a broad range of obstetrics and gynecology conditions.Patient-centered approach to care.Interest in population health management.Experience providing relationship-centered care.Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
