Travel Occupational Therapist needed for a Home Health assignment covering Marin & Sonoma County . Ideal for PTs who enjoy independent, patient-focused care in the home setting.

Pay: $3,229/week
($1360 hourly + $1,225 housing + $644 meals)

Details:

• Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• 13-week contract
• Travel between patients required
• Mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile

Requirements:

• Active OT license
• 1+ year Home Health experience – required
• Strong independent caseload management skills

Additional:

• Must meet all federal, state, and facility requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
