The Population Health Management Advocate supports our customers by providing operational excellence and a deep commitment to ensuring simple and transparent experiences. Responsible for delivering our population health program analytics, supporting client implementations and ongoing program execution, and providing support for member engagement, our Advocate team is critical to the success of our Population Health Management products. As a Population Health Management Advocate, your work will help to improve and maintain the health and well-being of our members.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of population health, health care or customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to use communication skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors
• Ability to take accountability to fully understand and address customer needs and expectations
• Ability to understand complex issues with sensitivity and an analytical mind
• Ability to multi-task while focused on quality
• Proficiency in Word, Excel

Education

• Bachelors Degree in related field preferred or High Diploma and equivalent experience.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $21.10 - $49.08

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
