What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted financial guide by providing expert advice and personalized solutions to members
- Build strong relationships through outreach, education, and proactive communication
- Assist members with consumer and home equity loan applications from application through funding
- Analyze financial information to recommend the best lending and product solutions
- Act as a single point of contact, advocating for members and ensuring a seamless experience
- Support onboarding of new members and ensure they are set up with the right products and services
- Participate in community events and employer group outreach to build brand awareness
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

What We're Looking For:
- 13 years of related experience, preferably in financial services or customer-facing roles
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of consumer lending products, including auto and home equity loans
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze financial information and make sound recommendations
- Experience with member-facing technology and remote banking systems preferred
Work Environment:
- Full-time, in-person role (MondayFriday with rotating Saturday mornings)
- Office environment with frequent computer and phone use
- Occasional participation in community and outreach events
- Ability to sit for extended periods
