Overview ​Cranial Technologies is dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and infant ear shape disorders. With over 500,000 babies treated and 600,000 EarWell® outcomes, we are the leaders in non‑invasive pediatric cranial shaping and ear correction. Responsibilities Apply the DOC Band® to reshape infant head shapes and use EarWell® to correct ear shapes. Perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care in an outpatient pediatric setting. Build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. Work within a supportive, training‑focused environment with minimal paperwork and no productivity quotas. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT). Minimum of 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts). Background in pediatrics preferred, but not required; formal training and mentorship are provided.
