SBA Relationship ManagerLocation: San Francisco, CASalary: $85,000–$130,000 per yearJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SBA Relationship Manager to develop new lending relationships and grow an existing portfolio of business clients.The ideal candidate has experience in SBA lending, commercial banking, business development, credit analysis, and relationship management. This is a client-facing role for someone who can generate new business, structure lending opportunities, and build long-term relationships with business owners and referral partners.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new SBA loan opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.Develop and manage relationships with business owners and commercial clients.Analyze borrower financial statements, cash flow, credit history, and overall creditworthiness.Structure and recommend SBA loan opportunities for approval.Prepare and present loan requests to the appropriate credit or loan committee.Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business relationships.Develop additional deposits, cash management, and business banking opportunities.Cross-sell appropriate banking products and services.Maintain accurate credit, loan, and portfolio documentation.Partner with internal lending and operations teams to provide excellent client service.QualificationsExperience in SBA lending, commercial lending, or business banking.Proven sales and business development experience.Strong understanding of credit analysis and business financial statements.Experience developing and managing a loan portfolio.Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.Ability to independently generate new business and develop referral relationships.Compensation$85,000–$130,000 annual base salary, depending on experience.Ideal BackgroundCandidates with experience as an SBA Relationship Manager, SBA Business Development Officer (BDO), Commercial Relationship Manager, SBA Loan Officer, Commercial Loan Officer, or Business Banking Relationship Manager are encouraged to apply.
