Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, client data capture) Leadership and Initiative Display a strong sense of initiative, strategic thinking, and champion change effectively Take pride in work and strive for excellence Take responsibility for performance, complete tasks, and meet deadlines People Development Train and develop associates through role‑play, coaching, and consistent feedback; support store manager in development and quarterly goal‑setting Provide clear coaching, use company tools for 360‑degree culture, and remain receptive to feedback Communication and Relationship Building Exercise strong written and verbal skills; adapt communication upwards, laterally, and within the team Demonstrate ethical conduct and promote the organization’s goals Remain calm and deescalate situations; collaborate effectively with the team Compliance Manage personal timecards ensuring payroll accuracy Maintain TUMI University training and adhere to all company policies and procedures Visual Merchandising / Client Experience Ensure compliance with visual guidelines and directives Enforce excellent client service through client books, thank‑you cards, and event strategies Deliver a consistent, superior client experience Qualifications Understand the TUMI brand and have a passion for lifestyle and product assortment Value collaboration and welcoming feedback Able to lift, push boxes up to 30 lbs, and use a ladder as required Strong sales and client experience, preferably in luxury markets Proven success in meeting sales goals and KPI achievement Flexible availability for nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays Strong integrity and ability to lead by example Excellent time‑management skills About the Team At TUMI, we empower each team member with an entrepreneurial spirit.
