Associate Manager, Invoice to Cash Job Locations: US-CO-Louisville | US-NY-White Plains Short Intro and About the Job The Associate Manager, Invoice to Cash - Deduction Team is responsible for leading a high performing team of Revenue Specialists focused on effective and timely deduction management. The primary objective of this role is to drive strong cash results by ensuring accurate resolution of deductions, recovery of invalid deductions, and continuous improvement of Invoice to Cash (I2C) processes. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Internal Control to resolve customer issues, protect revenue, and improve free cash flow and working capital. The Associate Manager ensures adherence to Danone's business control requirements while developing team capabilities, strengthening operational rigor, and delivering reliable reporting to internal stakeholders. The salary range for this position is $85k-100k USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. About You Experience in a Medical Nutrition management preferred Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Invoice to Cash-related roles Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), AFH, beverage, or dairy industries preferred Prior experience in deduction management and/or accounts receivable strongly preferred Demonstrated people leadership experience (formal or acting role required) Technical & Functional Skills Strong understanding of the Invoice to Cash lifecycle, with emphasis on deduction resolution Ability to manage high risk or key customer portfolios and related I2C transactions Working knowledge of: SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with or exposure to: HighRadius (preferred), Trade systems such as Kantar (preferred), Power BI or other data analytics tools (preferred) Ability to interpret data, identify issues, and provide actionable insights to management Leadership & Behavioral Competencies Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high performing teams Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to "tell the story" with data Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Internal Control Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to implement change High level of integrity, accountability, and interpersonal awareness Ability to operate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Benefits Physical Wellbeing: We pay for the majority of your medical benefits - which include medical, dental and vision - with our competitive 80%/20% cost sharing model.
