Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain Planning

Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director to lead clinical supply chain planning for global oncology trials. This role encompasses demand forecasting, inventory management, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable drug supply throughout clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply planning for assigned programs from startup through closeout
• Build and maintain clinical supply forecasts translating demand into manufacturing and inventory needs
• Develop scenario analyses to evaluate protocol changes, enrollment fluctuations, and operational adjustments
• Monitor inventory levels, consumption trends, and expiry dates to identify supply risks
• Drive process standardization, implementation, and training across clinical supply functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, life sciences, engineering, business, or related field
• 8+ years pharma/biotech supply chain experience with substantial clinical-stage program support
• Demonstrated independent management of complex, global clinical supply planning
• Strong knowledge of clinical supply lifecycle, forecasting, manufacturing, and inventory management
• Proficiency with N-side forecasting tools and IRT/RTSM systems
• Understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and clinical trial regulatory expectations
• Oncology experience preferred
