Executive Director, Clinical Supply Chain

Revolution Medicines seeks an Executive Director to lead clinical supply chain strategy and operations across its oncology development portfolio. The role encompasses strategic planning, end-to-end supply management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure uninterrupted availability of investigational and comparator products throughout clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global clinical supply chain strategy aligned with development pipeline and business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end clinical supply operations including forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and returns management
• Lead compliance and inspection readiness activities to meet GxP and international regulatory standards
• Build and mentor a high-performing clinical supply chain team driving operational excellence
• Partner with Clinical Operations, PDM, Quality, and Finance on study planning and cost optimization

Requirements

• Extensive clinical supply chain leadership experience in pharma or biotech
• Expert knowledge of GxP, ICH, FDA, EMA, and global regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in demand forecasting, distribution, and supply planning
• Strong experience managing comparator sourcing and co-medication strategies
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and mentor high-performing teams
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with clinical, quality, and regulatory functions
