Director, Supply Chain Business Systems

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Supply Chain Business Systems to oversee the technology infrastructure supporting global pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, and product security. The role involves managing systems strategy, serialization compliance, packaging management, and implementing AI-driven process improvements across multiple regions and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy and roadmap for global supply chain systems spanning planning, inventory, order management, and distribution
• Lead serialization implementation across packaging lines, enterprise systems, and external partners with traceability data management
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with drug supply chain security and falsified medicines directives
• Identify and implement AI opportunities to reduce manual work in inventory analysis, exception handling, and serialization anomaly detection
• Manage system implementations, vendor relationships, budgets, and team performance through product launches and supply disruptions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, supply chain, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in business systems or supply chain technology within regulated life sciences
• Experience managing global supply chains across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution partners
• Expertise with pharmaceutical serialization systems and packaging line integration
• Knowledge of DSCSA and EU FMD regulatory requirements and supporting systems
• Experience with artwork management systems and product security processes
• Background evaluating or deploying AI and automation in business operations
