Desired qualifications and experience include:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants
• Proven experience providing services to pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities and duties:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver speech and language therapy sessions, both onsite and virtually
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
• Communicate regularly with caregivers, teachers, and administrators
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education as required
